Photographer files copyright lawsuit against Ozzy Osbourne

According to Billboard, photographer Neil Zlozower has decided to take legal action against Ozzy Osbourne. He recently filed a copyright suit after accusing the frontman of using his images on social media without permission.
The social media posts Zlozower took issue with featured a number of photos he took of Osbourne. This includes some that were taken with Zakk Wylde and Randy Rhoads.
Furter information was shared in the complaint:
The accounts are key components of defendant's popular and lucrative commercial enterprise. Defendant has over 12 million followers on [Facebook], and over 6 million followers on [Instagram], and over 5 million followers on [X] — all of which are monetized and provide significant financial benefits to defendant.
Zlozower's team attempted to contact Osbourne several times about the issue, but he allegedly "failed to respond." He is now seeking "judicial intervention for defendant's infringing activity."
For his part, Osbourne doesn't appear to have responded.
