Drain add new Australia/New Zealand dates around New Bloom Fest 2025

It was previously announced that Drain would be playing all three days of the 2025 New Bloom Festival in Australia this March. At the time, the Santa Cruz hardcore band hinted that they'd be playing additional dates in the land down under as well. They've now formally unveiled plans for a mini tour of Australia and New Zealand. Pennsylvania straight-edge band One Step Closer will offer support on the excursion.

Drain kick off their tour in Queensland, Australia's Sunshine Coast on Thursday, March 6th as a prelude to New Bloom Fest. The festival itself will then take place on March 8th, 9th, and 10th, in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, respectively. Afterwards, Drain will be heading to Hobart, Tasmania; Wellington, New Zealand; and Auckland, New Zealand; with the tour ending on Saturday, March 15th.

All in all, it's shaping up to be a pretty big year for Drain. In addition to their mini tour of Oceania built around New Bloom Fest, they'll be playing all three festivals of the 2025 Van's Warped Tour as well. The band have also announced a return to the studio for a new record that's due to drop sometime this year.
