Drain has officially joined the lineup for the 30th-anniversary celebration of the Vans Warped Tour. The Santa Cruz, CA hardcore punk outfit will take part in the revival of the iconic festival, which had been dormant for several years.
This year's Warped Tour will return as a series of destination festivals in three cities: Washington, D.C. (June 14-15), Long Beach, CA (July 26-27), and Orlando, FL (November 15-16).
January 27th marked the initial artist announcement, with 70-100 bands expected to perform at each stop. The festival is rolling out its full lineup over 30 days, wrapping up on February 26th. Fans can expect daily reveals as part of the "30 Days of Warped" campaign.
The Vans Warped Tour 30th-anniversary dates have been revealed, with stops in three cities:
- Washington, D.C. (June 14-15) at the Festival Grounds at RFK Campus
- Long Beach, CA (July 26-27) at Downtown Long Beach Shoreline Waterfront
- Orlando, FL (Nov. 15-16) at Camping World Stadium Campus
Tickets are available now via the Vans Warped Tour website. This year's event is produced in partnership with Insomniac.

Post Comment^stop acting masculine and tough!!!! Your a obese loser who works at Walmart and is clowned and laughed at every day by people!!!!!!! Never forget WHO you are!!!!!!!! Your a bald, bearded fatf*ck who wears Backwards trucker hats with Camouflage shorts and spy sunglasses. You should act/write submissive and feminine. Because that fits your Type. Your not f*cking Schwarzenegger or Stallone!!!!!! Your more like Britney Spears but fat and bearded!!!!! Now get Back to your Nachos, femboy. You do what I say. I'm your boss now. If I say SUCK MY DICK you WILL SUCK MY DICK. Do you understand that? DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?????
The Warped Tour went away for a reason. This will flop. When We Were Young already taps this nostalgia market. Warped is like a 60-year-old QB. It's over, dudes.
If I wasn't already convinced with the last huge announcement.
I miss when a band playing warped tour meant that they were gay and not hardcore. Not a single person on r/hardcore seems to think this is lame. Warped tour f*ckin sucked then, and I'm confident that whatever this new bastardized "when we were young fest" ripoff ends up being will be even worse.
who could have seen this coming? isn't it just Warped Fest now?
R/hardcore is nothing but broke dickriders who cheerlead every hardcore band. If a hardcore band was sponsored by Cheez Whiz r/hardcore would back it 110%...cuz they're all broke asses.
