Avoid release new single "If It Hurts" along with music video

Seattle, WA progressive metalcore outfit Avoid have shared the band's second new single, "If It Hurts" along with a music video. This is the band's second single since announcing they had signed with UNFD in October. 

Vocalist Benny Scholl shared the following:

Honestly, I think the song was really healing for all of us," explains singer Benny Scholl. "It's about accepting the past, whether it be good or bad, and moving forward, and we couldn't be more stoked with how it turned out.
