Decibel Magazine has unveiled the 12th installment of their North American tour, this year headlined by Norwegian black metal icons Mayhem. The month-long tour is scheduled to kick off March 17th in Atlanta, GA and run through mid April when the trek comes to a end in Austin, TX on April 17th.

Support for the tour will be handled by Mortis, Imperial Triumphant, and New Skeletal Faces.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 20th at 10 AM local time.

Mayhem shared the following:

Following the success of last year's tour with the legendary Cannibal Corpse, we are really looking forward to returning to North America to once again headline the renowned Decibel Tour, also hitting some cities we haven't visited in a very long time. This tour, which has had some killer line-ups in the past, never comes to Vegas. The one year it does, it's the worst bill. Mayhem is a borderline parody act at this point, They are nothing like the vintage band.

Decibel tour has fallen off hard. Mayhem - play the USA all of the time MORTIIS - a novelty dungeon synth band who's live show is pretty boring Imperial Triumphant - a USBM band that not one person I know who loves BM thinks is good New Skeletal Faces - actually really good Goth/Metal band that I hope gets something out of this
