Woman files lawsuit against Trophy Eyes's lead singer for causing injuries due to stage diving

A Western New York woman is now suing punk group Trophy Eyes, as well as their promoter, the venue, and frontman John Floreani, after an incident in which he jumped off of stage onto the crowd, which resulted in severe injuries.
Bird Piché, 24, is suing after she sustained spinal cord injuries due to negligence from the defendant, and their failure to prevent "unsafe and/or dangerous conditions." The suit names the venue Mohawk Place, the promoter After Dark Entertainment, LLC, Trophy Eyes, and frontman John Floriani.
Piché has stated that she is slowly regaining mobility in her arms and legs, although it is still a long road to recovery.
