Slaughter To Prevail's Alex Terrible receives hematoma during recent bareknuckle sparring match

Slaughter To Prevail frontman Alex Terrible has sustained a semi-serious injury to his face. Beyond leading the Russian deathcore outfit, Terrible has been diving into bare-knuckle fighting, where recently while sparring and took some damage without wearing protective head gear.

In a video posted earlier today (November 21), Terrible revealed a massive hematoma on his right cheek.
