Savage Lands (Megadeth, Obituary, Sepultura) announce debut album, "Army Of The Trees"

Savage Lands will drop their debut album, Army Of The Trees, on February 15 via Season Of Mist, committing all royalties to forest preservation initiatives in Costa Rica, Africa, and France.

Spearheaded by Megadeth/Bent Sea drummer Dirk Verbeuren and Sylvain Demercastel, the project has already raised substantial funds for environmental efforts. The album lineup includes Poun (vocals), Demercastel (guitars), Etienne Treton (bass), and Florian Pons (drums).
The record features a notable guest roster, including Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Andreas Kisser (Sepultura), John Tardy and Kenny Andrews (Obituary), Maria Franz and Kai Uwe Faust (Heilung), Julian Truchan (Benighted), Chloe Trujillo, and members of Black Bomb A, Lord Of The Lost, and more.
Additional guests include Steeven Corsini (Loco Muerte), Auré Jäger (Akiavel), David & Viber (Sidilarsen), Niko Jones (Tagada Jones), Stéphane Buriez (Loudblast, Sinsaenum), Nils Courbaron (Bloodorn, Sirenia), and Aurelien Ouzoulias (The Beat Factory, Mörglbl).
