Official 2024 'When We Were Young' Festival merch plagued by band name typos
Organizers of this year's When We Were Young festival have found themselves in an embarrassing situation thanks to some sloppy merch designs. Several pieces of official merch for the Live Nation-promoted event were filled with band name typos, much to the amusement of users on Reddit who were quick to point out the mistakes.
The festival, celebrating all things emo and pop-punk, took place October 19th-20th at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Headliners included My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, and Taking Back Sunday.
At least three merch designs from this year's When We Were Young festival were hit with embarrassing typos. Fans quickly pointed them out on social media, with some of the more notable mistakes including:

Concertgoers flooded Reddit with reactions to the glaring band name typos on official When We Were Young festival merch. Even more surprising, different designs featured different errors, leading to widespread frustration. In an ironic twist, Redditors pointed out that the bootleg merch sold outside the festival grounds was typo-free. Seizing the opportunity, bootleggers reportedly began marketing their merchandise as having "no typos," capitalizing on the official blunder.
