Murfreesboro, Tennessee's Flummox have released their newest single, "Southern Progress", this past October 11th via Needlejuice Records. A lyric video has been released alongside the single. The song is the title track for the band's new album, Southern Progress, set to be released in Spring 2025.

The djent-al badassery of this new tune might flummox some simpletons, but its fiery power fills me with excitement for the electric energy of their upcoming visit to our city. I've seen exactly one bassist in my entire life whose skills maybe slightly exceed those of this Aly cat. You need to see their show. Really. Really, really.
