Bleeding Through's Brandan Schieppati pays a visit to Johnny Cupcakes' shop in Boston

Bleeding Through frontman Brandan Schieppati, also at one time a member of Eighteen Visions, recently stopped by Johnny Cupcakes' (ex-On Broken Wings) T-shirt shop on Newbury Street in Boston.

In a post shared on social media, Johnny reminisced about Brandan's early backing of the brand during his time in Eighteen Visions, when Johnny was involved with On Broken Wings as their keyboardist/sampler, mentioning that Brandan would often wear Johnny Cupcakes T-shirts on stage, including donning JC apparel at Hellfest. 

Most recently, while on tour, Brandan paid a visit to the flagship store at 332 Newbury Street to acquire some fresh merchandise before departing the city. 

Johnny shared:

Full circle moment. This guy right here believed in my T-shirt brand from the beginning. Back when he played in 18 Visions (before Bleeding Through), Brandan would wear Johnny Cupcakes T-shirts on stage.

I remember driving in gnarly winter weather as a 19 year old to gift him T-shirts at a Syracuse show — and also how cool it was to see him representing JC on stage at Hellfest.

When I DJ'd in On Broken Wings in the early 2000s, there were a few rare shows and festivals where our paths crossed again before I left music to take a risk with T-shirts.

The other day while on tour, Brandan stopped into my flagship T-shirt shop on 332 Newbury Street Boston fakery to pick up some T-shirts before leaving the city. Much love and respect!
