Secrets release first new music since 2022 ahead of tour with Colorblind, Glasslands, and Unwell

San Diego post-hardcore/metalcore unit Secrets have resurfaced from a short recording hiatus, releasing the band's first new music since 2022 with their latest single, "Despair".
The new single is a transition point for the group as guitarist and clean vocalist Richard Rogers has stepped aside, allowing a fresh lineup to carry the torch forward. Long-running members, vocalist Wade Walters and guitarist Connor Branigan, are now joined by guitarist/clean vocalist David Baqi in the rebirth of the group. Rob McDonald is listed online as the band's current drummer.
"Despair" was produced by Taylor Larson (Asking Alexandria, Periphery, Veil Of Maya, Within Temptatio.), who will also oversee the band's upcoming full-length album.
