Mosh Guy aka Stanley Sievers unveils 'The Moshumentary' trailer

Stanley Sievers

The Moshumentary directed by Stanley Sievers chronicles the journey of a controversial figure in the moshing scene, Mosh Guy, as he seeks to overcome his turbulent past and make a comeback for his favorite band's reunion show.

The film features a cast that includes Sievers as his iconic character Mosh Guy, along with William Woods, Katie Kershaw, and Randy Gonzales, with support from various sponsors such as Pabst Blue Ribbon, Grillos Pickles, Overcast Merch, and yours truly, Lambgoat

The IndieGoGo campaign, led by Stanley Sievers has been backed by associate producers MethSyndicate and Pragmatic Canada, and is finally nearing release, with more details to be revealed soon.

The mockumentary looks to touch on themes of redemption and second chances. The production, spearheaded by producer Steven Tobiasz and director of photography Taylor Frontier, offers a look into the emotional and physical journey of Mosh Guy as he prepares for his much-anticipated return to the mosh pit.

Mosh Guy, a once notorious figure in the moshing scene, found himself at a crossroads after being banished due to his violent past. However, with determination to right his wrongs, he seeks redemption in order to make a comeback for his favorite band's reunion show.

The narrative is complemented by original music by Jordan Olds (Two Minutes to Late Night) and Mike Aviles. Throughout the film, you'll see surprise cameos (Comedian Shapel Lacey and End It vocalist Akil Godsey appear in the trailer) along with the carefully orchestrated crew.
