X-COPS (Gwar/Darkest Hour) return with single, announce new EP

X-COPS have returned after 25 years, bringing their unique brand of heavy metal back to the scene. With their message of "Respect authority, or else!" and the riffs to back it up, they're making a statement when it's needed most. 

The identities of these uniformed rockers include members of legendary bands like GWAR, Rigor Mortis, and Darkest Hour. However, the truth is that they're former police officers who have come together to deliver their own brand of Justice and spread the message that "All Cops Are Beautiful!"

The group has announced a new EP, XCAB, due out June 28th via Pit Records. Along with that news the group has also released the EP's lead single, "Light 'Em Up".
