Cognitive announce North American and European tours

Cognitive has just announced a headline North American tour with support from Trenchlung. The New Jersey death metal group, who've been dropping hints about a new album since last year, officially confirmed its completion. The album is set to release soon, with more details on the horizon. Keep an eye on Metal Blade Records & Cognitive's socials this spring for the full scoop on the upcoming album.

Speaking on the tour, guitarist Rob Wharton shared the following:

At last! After finishing our tour cycle for our last release, we had taken some time off to record our new Metal Blade album, music videos, content, recharge our batteries, and now it's time to hit the road again. We wanted to hit the road when our new single drops, so we figured we would make our way up to Canada for the special occasion and take our dissonant pals in Trenchlung out for a small run of shows. We will be playing 2 new songs off our upcoming record, so we figured it was time to get our feet wet again in preparation for the rest of the year's tour plans. We hope to see you at a show, and keep your eyes and ears peeled for the new album announcement!!

Following the North American leg, the band will hit the road overseas with PaRtY-CaNnOn, commencing on May 3rd in Hamburg, Germany, and concluding on May 18th in the Netherlands. Check out the full list of dates below.
