Was so tedious to have sit through this band's sets back in the day when they got on seemingly every tour and fest. They got tons of shots to hit it big and never did because they're just intensely mediocre.

Great dudes all of them but by god this band has always sucked. Try listening to one minute of that album in 2023

not on this album but "Redemption" has one of the absolute worst guitar solos ever tracked in history. Multiple people listened to that and thought "yea, that's the one." lol so congrats Shadows Fall on that I guess.

Saw them in '05 open for LOG who themselves were opening for Slipknot. They played with the arena lights on as people were still getting in through the main doors, most people weren't even sat down yet. By the time everyone was packed in they were off stage and the lights went out, pitch black, and then the bell hit. LOG was coming on and everyone lost their shit. Bought both bands' albums days later at CD Exchange.

Lol these guys were handed every opportunity to become huge - riding the metalcore wave, opening for big acts almost right out of the gate, multiple ozzfests, even supporting Slipknot in their later years before stopping. Still fizzled out because the vocals are garbage and the music is cookie cutter to the max. Give up the ghost already and just be happy a couple members can cob together a living being session guys in 80's bands.

Why isn't this at The Palladium?

This band sucked 20 years ago. Metal for people who don't like real Metal.

Of one blood was dope. The EP they put out after it was awesome as well. The second album was pretty good too. This one had like 2 or 3 good tracks and that's about it. I'll always have a special spot for em because Of One Blood, but it didn't really age well if you toss it on today.

Kinda sad when they were on the main stage at Ozzfest 2005 and introduced themselves saying "we're shadows fall… we play thrash metal.." Do you though??? I like these guys a lot though. Should have stayed in their lane.
