Sanguisugabogg vocalist and drummer fill in for Mortician's Will Rahmer due to flight cancellation

sanguisugabogg mortician

Mortician was scheduled to perform in Cleveland, OH Saturday, September 9th, however, in traveling to Cleveland half of the band's flights were delayed and then canceled altogether. Guitarist Roger Beaujard and live drummer Sam Inzerra made it to Ohio with no issues but without lead vocalist and bassist Will Rahmer.

Instead of canceling the scheduled show, Mortician made a call to Cleveland up-and-comers Sanguisugabogg to inquire for help. Vocalist Devon Swank and drummer Cody Davidson answered the call.

The pair filled in for the missing members so there were no cancelations, although Davidson lent his bass-playing skills to Mortician that night and left the drumming to Inzerra.

You can see clips of the performance below.

The band shared the following via Facebook:

So last night at the Mortician show in Cleveland at around 8pm we got the unfortunate news that Will Rahmer's flight was delayed and later canceled. Sam and Roger had arrived in Cleveland the day before and because the show must go on they had called on Cody and Devin in our band to fill in last minute and they played the entire set to the hungry crowd! We'll be posting videos shortly 🤘🏻🏴‍☠️
