Turnstile toss Baltimore Orioles first pitch, guitarist Pat McCrory does the honors

Turnstile Baltimore

Turnstile made an appearance at a Tuesday night home game for the Baltimore Orioles as they took on the visiting Houston Astros. Taking the mound at Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the band threw out the ceremonial first pitch with lead guitarist Pat McCrory doing the honors. The Orioles ultimately ended up losing 7-6 to the Astros.

During a pre-pitch interview with broadcaster Melanie Newman, McCrory mentioned that the Orioles' current season has been a source of inspiration for their music. In fact, the band hinted they might already have a demo ready:

"Their season right now is inspiring some songs. We honestly might have a demo already somewhere waiting, you just have them get ahold of us."

When asked about his perfect day at an Orioles game, McCrory said all he needs is a hotdog, a collectible cup, and being with family and friends. Overall, the band was thankful for the opportunity, given they grew up going to Orioles games as kids.
