After recently posting a live video of the band performing their first new song in two decades, Narcissus has revealed that there is more new material coming. The band confirmed via their group's Facebook that they will indeed release an EP and possibly more. The group released the …And Forthwith Came Out Blood And Water EP in 1999, which was the last EP released by the band. In the following three years, the band delivered three full-lengths.
The Ohio metalcore unit mentioned they "have plans". As to the extent of those plans, time will tell.
The statement from the band's Facebook reads:
A big thank you to everyone that came out and supported us on this little run of shows we did. Means the world to us to have such a warm welcome back. With that being said we have plans. As of now we are going to be releasing an EP, with a single getting released very soon. Much love to you all!For now, enjoy the fact that new Narcissus material is on the way.
