Clutch bassist sits out due to family emergency, Fu Manchu bassist fills in

Maryland-based rock band Clutch is currently on their European tour, but their bassist Dan Maines had to miss some shows due to a family emergency. Fortunately, Brad Davis of Fu Manchu stepped in as a temporary replacement and helped to fill Maines' shoes.
Despite this setback, Clutch is continuing with their European tour. The band has many upcoming plans, including embarking on a North American headlining tour this summer with Dinosaur Jr. and Red Fang. Clutch will also be kicking off their "No Stars Above" U.S. tour soon with added support from Giovanni and the Hired Guns along with Mike Dillon & Punkadelick. The tour will include 12 dates across the United States, beginning in Washington, D.C. on July 21 and concluding on August 5 in Denver.
In a comment on the photo, the band shared:
"We'd like to thank our friend Brad Davis of FU MANCHU for filling in on the bass while Dan is at home attending to family matters. Brad played great and made us laugh. Thank you Brad!!"
