The last time San Francisco Bay Area deathcore band Spite played in Portland, OR, their equipment was stolen. Now, 4 years later, it's happened again.
The band has reported the theft of two of their guitars from their trailer at the Courtyard Marriot Downtown Convention Center in Portland, OR. The guitars have been identified as belonging to their guitarist Alex Tehrani. Spite has requested anyone with any information about the missing guitars to contact Alex Tehrani directly.
Local law enforcement has been notified of the incident, but Spite has expressed frustration with their response, stating that "the cops are doing nothing." There is no further information available at this time.
UPDATE: Just after posting this article, the group updated everyone. One of the guitars was recovered, and a person is in custody.
