Converge writing next album?

Converge drummer Ben Koller shared an image on his personal Instagram account showing off some of his "new toys".  The post also gives fans a glimpse into what may be going down in the Converge camp as of late. It looks as if the band is planning/writing for the band's next release.

Converge recently announced a few May tour dates featuring Brutus and Frail Body.

Koller posted the following to his account:

@converge may have just written the heaviest riff of our career. Bunch of new songs in the slow cooker. Smelling real good so far. Rehearsal was about 10x better this time around thanks to my 3 new favorite toys: @officialtamadrums birch/walnut kit, @liquiddeath @sjcdrums snare, @yamahamusicusa EAD10 🫡🥁
