Voivod announce "40 Years of Morgöth Tales" U.S. tour with Imperial Triumphant

Official press release:
Fresh off their JUNO Awards nomination for Metal/Hard Music Album Of The Year for 2022's Synchro Anarchy (after having won this award for 2019's The Wake), today, progressive sci-fi metal innovators Voivod have also announced their return to the USA, with a run of shows this spring! Featuring labelmates Imperial Triumphant as support, this trek will be part 1 of Voivod's "40 Years of Morgöth Tales" tour; additionally, the band is currently wrapping up a special studio project release entitled Morgöth Tales to coincide with the anniversary, which will be revealed in detail soon.
Drummer Michel "Away" Langevin comments:
We are excited to hit the road in the USA in May, with the avant-garde metal band Imperial Triumphant. Snake was a guest vocalist on their track 'Maximalist Scream', and this tour should take us on a great experimental musical journey. Come join us!!"[AdCode1]
Imperial Triumphant vocalist/guitarist Zachery Ezrin added:
Voivod is a group that has helped shape the landscape of our dissonant world, and we are most excited and honored to play these shows with them.

Post CommentThe Floridian is in St. Petersburg, not Tampa.
Come and Take It Live is in Austin, not somewhere cool.
Voivod is boring live and that other band is a buncha clowns.
Agreed. I saw Voivod back in Philly in like 2002 maybe. They were a snooze fest.
I like how they f*cked up multiple venues or cities, then they had to write out "except dates with *" rather than just "no imperial triumphant," and the fact they put IT under their logo so people could read it. Plus, they're celebrating their 40th with a 12 date tour mainly in the southeast. This is total bozo shit.
The f*ck is the JUNO awards? The actress who played Juno cut her titties off.
