Tool's Danny Carey mentions "big tour" for the Fall of 2023

Is Tool planning a major tour for the fall of this year?
Danny Carey, the band's acclaimed drummer, recently hinted as much during a video acceptance speech. In his acceptance speech, Carey said the following regarding Drumeo's award for 'progressive drummer of the year' he tells fans that he "hopes" to see them out there on the road and that the band has a big tour planned for the fall. You can view the video below.
It should be noted that the band's debut studio, Undertow, was released in April of 1993, making this year it's 30th anniversary. Does that come into play, time will tell.
