All That Remains single from 2008 finally goes platinum
Having originally gone gold in October of 2018, "Two Weeks" by Massachusetts metalcore group All That Remains has officially been certified platinum by the RIAA on November 16, 2022 in the US. The single is from their 2008 effort, Overcome. It is the band's first platinum certification for any track.
The band's singles "What If I Was Nothing" and their cover of Garth Brooks' "The Thunder Rolls" both achieved gold status last year.
A platinum album or single in the United States represents 1,000,000 copies, while a gold recording represents 500,000 copies. Digital streams/downloads are also counted as units, with 10 downloaded tracks counting as 1 unit and 1500 streams counting as a unit.
