The Ongoing Concept bassist TJ Nichols recovering from brain surgery

Idaho metal/rock band The Ongoing Concept have revealed that bass player TJ Nichols recently underwent brain surgery to treat what was originally thought to be a brain tumor but actually turned out to be a rare form of vasculitis. The group has posted a mini-documentary detailing Nichols' ordeal thus far (video is available below).

The Ongoing Concept comment: "Tj had brain surgery. From losing sight in one eye to removing an unknown mass in his brain, Tj has had a very eventful January. We are grateful for the speed of his recovery and the positive news of his diagnosis.
