Official press release:
British experimental metal four-piece Loathe are proud to release the new single, "Dimorphous Display." Listen to and watch the visualizer here:
The single comes as a declaration for the new year, as the band is currently working on the follow up to 2020 studio album I Let It In and It Took Everything and 2021 ambient instrumental record The Things They Believe. In "Dimorphous Display," Loathe find themselves reaching an artistic synthesis, setting themselves up for the most exciting leg of their career so far.
About the new song, Loathe state, "'Dimorphous Display,' in its first iteration, had been in the vault for a good few years before we decided to start work on the song together as a band, so finally being able to release it into the world feels like a great accomplishment. The initial demo was filed soon after we had finished up with I Let It In and It Took Everything but with lockdowns occurring across the world, this gave us the opportunity to experiment with different collaborators and thus final tracking was completed some time in the middle of 2021 at Giant Wafer Studios. We worked alongside our new friend Eddie Al-Shakarchi on capturing the rawest incarnation of the Loathe sound to date and we are very happy with the result."

Post Commenti dont loathe myself enough to listen to this bullshit
Yeah I liked the meshuggah vs deftones songs but this lacks consistency to say at least.
please refrain from discussing the deftones until we are able to confirm their safety in 2015 france
Comment section on Lambgoat are the worst , total lack of respect for the artist. Enjoy your moms basement losers
Loathe fans are precious. Their Deftones stuff is cool but they get so offended when people point out they aren't original or all that special.
Comment section on lambgoat is the only reason I come to this site. Giving me laughs/fun reading material for the past 20 years. And I loathe this band. Emmure is better
That was a dim display of a good song. Horrible noise only slightly better than nails on a chalkboard
Bunch of fat ex musicians bashing bands all day on Lambgoat. That's what this comment section is.
My music taste has been the same since I was 14. Except I did branch out and start listening to rap. I'm almost 30
Never heard this band so I checked out their IG. Their whole career is a straight up PR campaign. Paying off magazines, playlist spots, buying on tours/festivals. This is not even taking into account their sound is just ripping off other acts and using gimmicky social things to sell tee shirts. Holy f*ck. Heavy music is dead. Remember when we once had an actual underground?
