Embattled rocker Marilyn Manson has reportedly been sued for sexual assault and sex trafficking by Games of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco.
According to Rolling Stone, both Manson and former manager Tony Ciulla were named in a complaint filed today (Friday, April 30) in a California court. In addition to rape and sexual battery allegations against Manson, the complaint claims that both Manson and Ciulla violated human trafficking laws "by bringing her from London to Los Angeles under the pretense that she would be acting in a music video that never came out and a film that was never made."
Bianco was among a handful of women who spoke out against Marilyn Manson earlier this year (prompting his record label to drop him from its roster), though her new legal filing is the first legal action against Manson.
"Mr. Warner used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts from Ms. Bianco on multiple occasions," the lawsuit states. "Mr. Warner raped Ms. Bianco in or around May 2011." Additionally, Manson purportedly "committed sexual acts" with Bianco while she was physically unable to consent: "These acts include spanking, biting, cutting, and whipping Ms. Bianco's buttocks, breasts, and genitals for Mr. Warner's sexual gratification — all without the consent of Plaintiff."
