Shipwreck AD, Ghost Thrower bassist Nick Webster dies

Nick Webster, who previously played bass for Massachusetts hardcore band Shipwreck AD in addition to punk outfit Ghost Thrower, has reportedly passed away. A cause of death has yet to be divulged, though Webster was apparently in the ICU last month, seriously ill following some sort of reaction to "over the counter pills." Triple B Records had the following to say about Nick:

RIP Nick Dub. Thank you for your unconditional friendship when I was a small dork from FL that was about to move to MA and for always having a huge smile on your face. I wrote this about my dear friend nick almost a decade ago. Back then, I would have died without him. Now he's gone. Call your friends. Tell people you love them. Don't be embarrassed or insecure of anything. Life is too short.
