Abbath ends show after two songs, reportedly intoxicated

Abbath performed an awkward two-song concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Wednesday (November 13), compelling many fans to demand a refund. According to El Culto, the show at Club Palermo began two hours late, forcing two opening acts to play abbreviated sets. When Abbath finally began their performance, its namesake frontman (Olve Eikemo) was reportedly inebriated accompanied by bassist Mia Wallace and drummer Ukri Suvilehto, but not guitarist Ole André Farstad, who allegedly skipped the show as the result of an argument with Abbath eariler in the day. Abbath attempted to perform a pair of songs, at one point throwing down his guitar and jumping into the crowd, before returning to his dressing room. He never reappeared.
