Northwestern post-metal trio Sumac -- featuring Brian Cook (Russian Circles) and Aaron Turner (Isis) -- was recently in the studio working on a new album. The "first phase of recording sessions" were just completed at The Unknown in Anacortes, WA. Further details have yet to be divulged beyond the photos below.
