Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival 2019 announced

The second annual Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival has been announced. Inkcarceration 2019 will take place on July 12, 13 and 14 at the Ohio State Reformatory (aka Shawshank Prison) in Mansfield, OH and will feature over 30 bands on two outdoor stages in addition to 70 tattoo artists, gourmet food trucks, and a haunted house, among other attractions.
