Suffocation enters studio

Recently reformed death metal band Suffocation has begun recording their next full-length record. The group is recording at Full Force Studios in New York with engineer (and their soundman) Joe Cincotta. Entitled "Souls To Deny," the release will be their first album of new material since 1995. Advance song titles for the album effort include "Souls to Deny ", "Deceit", "Subconsciously Enslaved ", "Surgery of Impalement ", "Tomes of Atrimony ", "Immortally Condemned ", "Demise of the Clone " and "To Weep Once More". According to drummer Mike Smith, "this is the cleanest, heaviest Suffocation album to date." Look for the record to hit stores later this year through Relapse Records.
