Post Commentbest week ever, with worst record they have done. half of it sounds like retreads of prior best work, the other half sounds like awkward experiments. They should hook up with Tim Lambesis, he'll put them on the right track
haha typical showing for a low tier metalcore band who tried to hang on and ride coat tails during the mid 00s blow by. shadows are security hit 35 twelve years ago without breaking a sweat. mark it
"but what about 36 crazy fists?" - nap wheezy
these guys have never carried sheetrock a day in their lives. they will never be one of us.
glad that at 40, they can stop working at taco bell
80% of those sales came from people trying to buy all 9 colors of the 1st of many pressings of the vinyl.
See you fine fellows at the grammes. This is it guys! Gravy train coming through! No more hyping mediocre artcore bands with album layouts that are more impressive than the actual music! No more having to produce the same sounding records over and over again by some flavor of the week metalcore band! Savor this success fellas, you earned it! Now pop somega bottles and fcking done models you are in the big leagues now!
"80% of those sales came from people trying to buy all 9 colors of the 1st of many pressings of the vinyl." The only comment on this article that is worth anything, including my own
they did 20 different vinyl color variants and 20 tee shirts that's why LOL.
Jacob Bannon needs to just shave his head already, this n*igga holdin' onto those last few strands of hair jajajajaj
"they did 20 different vinyl color variants and 20 tee shirts that's why LOL." How many people do you think bought the record multiple times just for different designs? The shirts are irreevant to record sales you fcking chimpanzee
hahahaha love all the hateful comments. They are all true, unfortunately. This is sadly their worst album and I'm glad I went the upsetting metallica and norma jean route.
"How many people do you think bought the record multiple times just for different designs? The shirts are irreevant to record sales you fcking chimpanzee" vinyl / TEE SHIRT bundles you retard. You know bands sell BUNDLES right? shirts sell vinyl, and vice versa
"vinyl / TEE SHIRT bundles you retard. You know bands sell BUNDLES right? shirts sell vinyl, and vice versa" Yes, I'm aware, but what you're insinuating is that a significant number of people bought the only for a shirt. I'm saying that percentage of people is too small to be considered a legitimate reason for the record's success. Maybe that's something you're into, but that's because you're probably a validation seeking newjack.
Also let's keep in mind that the reason those vinyl bundles sell is because they only make a small number of them. Only 250 of one design, only 100 of another, their limited nature is what gives them value. The album sold 9600 copies. Get practice your fractions again, kid.
"you make zero sense but carry on" I like this guy
1. They did not form in 1990, they formed in mid-late '91. 2. They were never a hardcore band. 3. None of them went to Boston-area hardcore shows or hardcore shows period 1990-92. 4. They were a metal band who realized hardcore was where it was at to get shows.
^^ yup! Best record to me is still "when forever comes crashing" from '98.

they've ripped off too many ideas from nails after producing their last album, they are just riding on the success of you'll never be one of us. used to be bands could get away with that when they were on opposite coasts like nails and converge but the world is much flatter now
