Intervals announce new album, stream new track

Toronto, Ontario, Canada instrumental progressive rock/metal act Intervals have announced the forthcoming release of a new album titled The Way Forward. The first single from the outing, "Touch And Go," can be streamed below. Band mastermind (and sole official member) Aaron Marshall says, "I'm super excited to share the first song from my new record with you guys." The Way Forward will hit streets on December 1. Pre-orders are available now.
