Following their extradition from Los Angeles to Spokane, all four members of Polish death metal band Decapitated have now formally been charged with rape in Spokane County. The foursome had already been charged with first degree kidnapping.
According to The Spokesman-Review, the rape charges are as follows: second degree for Rafal Piotrowski (vocals) and Waclaw Kieltika (guitar); third degree for Mikola LLysejko (drums) and Hubert Wiecek (bass).
Waclaw Kieltyka will appear in Superior Court today, said his attorney.
The four were arrested on September 9 in California on suspicion of kidnapping. During questioning, the alleged victim informed police that she had been sexually assaulted by members of the band while on their tour bus.

Both the chances of the band being full of sociopaths and the woman fabricating her story seem so likely that it doesn't matter what really happened. Being in a death metal band and looking like that doesn't do them any good at all in the court of public opinion.
Innocent people would encourage individuals who have info about the incident to reach out to the police, not the defense lawyer.
What is the backround of the chick(s) they let on. Was she someone who actually was into the band or was someone who saw...metal night in her local town and wanted to go down. Either way a person has to go through a lot of hoops to end up on the bus of a touring death metal band. She would of had to put herself out there...it wasn't like they kidnapped her at the show and forced her on the bus.
