Every Time I Die album cover ripped off by Foster The People?

Earlier this evening, Every Time I Die took to Instagram to highlight the obvious similarities between the cover art of ETID's latest record, Low Teens, and III, the newly announced album by major label indie pop band, Foster The People. You can compare the two above. Quite a few people are calling out Foster The People on their Facebook page for the purported rip-off, however, the band has yet to comment thus far (we suspect they never will).
