Megadeth will tour the U.S. this fall with direct support from Amon Amarth, according to Blabbermouth. The trek is expected to last five weeks and will reportedly feature additional support from Metal Church, Havok, and an as-yet-undisclosed band. A formal announcement regarding the tour has yet to be made.

Tour rules. That is all. Seriously though, even when I'm trapped in a glass house of emotions (i.e. a phone booth), I know a badass tour when I smell one. --Ron Burgundy.

It initially bothered me that Megadeth has been headlining with all these superior bands lately, as well as making me have to explain why I'm going to a Megadeth show. But then I realized that they always seem to put the bands in order of shit-hotness, thus making sitting through Mustaine's idiotic diatribes completely unecessary. So, good for them, as that's the best thing they've ever done.
