Well, it appears that Prophets of Rage is a 'supergroup' involving members of Rage Against The Machine, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill, not a Rage Against The Machine reunion, as was rumored.
Citing unnamed sources, Billboard says that the new band features Rage Against The Machine (sans frontman Zack de la Rocha), Public Enemy frontman Chuck D, and B-Real of Cypress Hill. Additionally, the group will make their live debut on June 3 at the Hollywood Palladium in California.
Billboard's sources say that Prophets of Rage will perform songs by all three bands.
