Tim Lambesis sentencing postponed

As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was due to appear in a Vista, CA courtroom today for sentencing. In February Lambesis pleaded guilty to hiring a hitman to kill his estranged wife, a crime that could earn him up to nine years in prison, an additional four years of parole, and a $10,000 fine. However, as has been the case far too often during the Lambesis court proceedings, today's hearing was postponed. Our insider tells us that the sentencing is now scheduled to take place on May 16.
