Gorod parts ways with drummer

French death metal band Gorod has lost the services of drummer Samuel Santiago, whose departure appears to be less than amicable. Here's the official word:
These few words to let you know that our drummer Samuel Santiago is no longer in Gorod. The reasons for this split up only concern Samuel and Gorod, no others statements will be made about this. The few gigs booked for the end of the year are confirmed and will be done with a temporary drummer; these gigs will be the the last concerning 'A Perfect Absolution'. In the following weeks Gorod will focus and start to compose for a new album.... and - we have few ideas - will search for a new drummer."

Has this band ever played to more than 12 people?

Yes, they have. It was called Maryland Death Fest.

I saw them in packed bar in south jersey. There wasn't even a stage. there was one hardcore kid who ran up front and tried to shout over the band about how no one was dancing and he got beat up. Gorod was really good. I hope they get a drummer who does more blast beats.
