They would have been paid to do this more than likely as it sounds rehearsed. But this is our world now. We need to promote ourselves order to be not so much successful, but just to survive, if you're unable to pursue this means you get ousted, unable to make a living, therefore, you can't survive and will suffer, it's very elementary. So they are doing the right thing by putting themselves out there.

The album would be exactly the same/same art/same quality /same distribution whether they got $10k or $50k. They just wouldn't be able to live it up without the other $40k. I mean they're in LA at a hotel that costs more per night than some people's monthly rent. They want label money but don't have label resources or label infrastructure to tap into.
