Memphis May Fire and guitarist part ways

Memphis May Fire and guitarist Ryan Bentley, a founding member of the band, have apparently gone their separate ways. Though the Dallas, TX group has yet to address the matter, Bentley had the following to say late last night via Twitter: "I'm no longer in Memphis May Fire. Details later."
UPDATE: Memphis May Fire has issued the following statement:
"For those who may not know already, we recently decided to part ways with our guitarist, Ryan Bentley, and wish him nothing but the best. He's a talented individual and we have no doubt that he will be successful no matter where life leads him. With that said, we'd like all of you to give a warm welcome to our new guitarist Anthony Sepe (Formerly of Decoder). Follow his Twitter & get to know him (@Ant_Sepe). Be sure to stay tuned to our Facebook page, as we will continue to post studio updates and news about the progress of our new record. We can't thank all of you enough for the continuous support and for making The Hollow such a success! Last but not least, if you don't know already- we will be on all of Warped Tour 2012 and we hope to see each & every one of you there!"

Man, this sucks. I found Memphis May Fire's guitar work helped them stand out in their scene a bit, hopefully this doesn't hurt them.

A statement involving a departing member should not include instructions to following a new member on Twitter under any circumstances.

^^ anon, sorry I failed at "Memphis May Fire guitarist-leaving comment of the day award". I am humbled, and one day wish to redeem myself in your anonymous eyes

Ryan got kicked out & thrown under a bus. He did NOT "part ways" they just made that announcement so Matty wouldn't ruin his nice guy image. Matty didn't have enough respect to talk to Ryan after he tried contacting him when K thru him out. K didn't write all the music, just on this album. & only bc he wanted all the $ to himself for recording. If anyone posts anything honest about MFF on FB it gets deleted. They're children. Ryan is better off w/o surrounding himself w "people" like that.
