Pierce The Veil signs with Fearless Records

Official press release: Fearless Records is thrilled to announce the signing of Pierce The Veil. "We are always looking forward to the future, and we can't wait to share it with our new friends at Fearless!" notes singer Vic Fuentes. "Just like we do with our fans, we never take anyone's support for granted, so thanks to everyone at the label - we are excited and grateful to be part of the family. Lots of amazing tours and new music ahead of us!" San Diego, CA's Pierce The Veil was formed in 2006 by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes. With a unique brand of progressive post-hardcore, the band has gained fans around the world since the release of their 2007 debut A Flair For The Dramatic, having toured with bands such as A Day To Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Thursday, The Devil Wears Prada, Mayday Parade and Breathe Carolina, as well as slots on Vans Warped Tour and Taste Of Chaos. The band continues their live attack this fall in support of current Equal Vision Records release Selfish Machines, with a tour of South America this September with Sum 41, Four Year Strong and Attack Attack!. The band then heads to Europe with labelmates blessthefall and Motionless In White, before kicking off the "No Guts, No Glory" Tour this November with Miss May I, Woe, Is Me, LetLive and The Amity Affliction. Pierce The Veil will head back into the studio early next year to record album three, set for release later 2012.

Are they going to make sure to kick the singer in the balls real good again before recording so he can get his voice so pre-pubescently high again?

No, Sum 41 have not lowered their standards. In fact, their willingness to still tour with bands not nearly as big as them is only paying homage to fans who do not want to see them tour with crappy mainstream bands.

LOLWHUT 8/29/2011 3:04:38 AM

why is this on lambgoat?
