Crowpath calls it quits

Technical grindcore outfit Crowpath has broken up. Formed in 1997, the Swedish band has released material with Willowtip Records and Robotic Empire. Here's the official word: "So, the end is upon us! After 13 years of making noise we are done! It's been a lot of fun and all that but the reason for not continuing with the band is the lack of ideas and creative drive. This is really a natural end, there is nothing more to be done. "We would like to thank our previous bass players Bjorn, Thomas and especially Dan for putting up with us through out the years. Thanks to all the cool bands, promoters and people we met and also a big thanks to Willowtip for being the coolest label around! "Erik and Henrik has a new band going on called Tellusian. Music will pop up on the web in a not to distant future."
