Kayo Dot recording new EP

Kayo Dot has entered the studio to begin recording a new EP titled "Stained Glass," which will consist of one lengthy track of the same name. The effort is being tracked by Jim Fogarty (Kayo Dot, Maudlin of the Well) at Zing Recording Studios in Westfield, MA while additional recording will apparently take place in "various locations around the globe on portable 4-track cassette and antique 1/4" one-track reel-to-reel." Hydra Head Records will release "Stained Glass" later this year.
