Relapse Records has officially signed Dallas, Texas band Kill The Client.
Kill The Client formed in 2004 and has previously released two full-length albums in addition to split releases with Agoraphobic Nosebleed and Thousandswilldie. The band has also appeared on For The Sick – A Tribute To Eyehategod and 2008's This Comp Kills Fascists. Audio samples taken from these releases can be heard via the band's MySpace page.
Kill The Client founder/bassist James Delgado commented on the signing: "Relapse has been the label of many of our heroes, influences and friends for many, many years and it is a honor to now be counted within their ranks. I feel that this band has a lot to add to the voice of the socially and politically astute grinders and punks throughout the world right now and we really appreciate the vote of confidence, musical freedom and exposure Relapse has offered us with this signing. The new material we are pulling together for this next release is on a new level and we can't wait to get it out!"
