they are more hardcore than "hardcore" bands are today, that is a fact. people forget where they started. i haven't like them in years, but Hot Damn is still a classic.
Last night in town = Best ETID album ever. Cant wait to hear the new jams.

how were they not a hardcore band? they spent over half their career so far in the hardcore scene playing to hardcore kids. that said, the operative word here is WERE. and so begins the slow decline. love the first two full lengths always though.

gotta admit, im less than surprised on this one. the formula is as follows: sign to a label, succeed, produce a following, succeed more, get signed by epitaph, get milked for all youre worth, stick around for ten years and not do much else, break up.

Never got this band. "Last Night In Town" was alright, but nothing special.
the big dirty isn't a classic hardcore record at all. does this mean they can all buy their own houses now?

Yeah, it speaks volumes that "Burial Plot Bidding War" and "Last Night In Town" weren't even mentioned in this press release. I guess the likelihood of ever hearing material along those lines from these guys again is nil :(
I guess its normal they don't talk about Last Night In Town because their other records sold more copies than this one. Also, I like the Big Dirty more than anything they did before. I never liked ETID but this record has some good rockin songs.
Good band. gays are jealous because these dudes worked their ass off over 10 years and is finally reaping the rewards. Sit at home all day on lambgay or go work your ass off and make money. You know who you are....

It's getting hard to take LG serious, gays pump Trash Talk and then talk shit on ETID, I'm not a fan anymore, but seriously...
ETID are funny guys... I don't know if they're Hardcore or not... but as they're fcking hilarious, they deserve a little piece of my respect.
