Striking Distance was originally slated to appear on a split for Thorp Records with Carry On, but the split was shelved when Carry On broke up. Fans of the band can still look forward to some new material though, as the band has plans to record a 7" for Bridge Nine Records in the near future. Striking Distance is also slated to appear on a new compilation being released by PastePunk, also featuring the likes of Darkest Hour, Kill Your Idols, Count Me Out, and Skycamefalling. In related news, the group has nearly finished their West Coast tour with Bane, and has a few East Coast shows lined up upon their return:

2/15 Boston MA @ Berwick Institute w/ Panic, Brace, more
2/16 Rochester NY @ Riverton Community Center w/ Brace, more
