Any other horror/blu-ray nerds picked this up? I recommend if you're into "family" horror movies like Poltergeist or Gremlins

Read it only had four extra minutes and it was just the dialogue that made it "naughty" not any extra gore. I'll watch it eventually

i didn't hate this movie, but im not sure i like it enough to buy that scream factory version unless it really changes it up.

Can confirm that is mostly the case, although they do add gore shots of green blood (not cgi) coming from the toys in the attic sequence. Unless you're into boxart, 4k or big special features it's not worth the extra money.

i do have the scream factory release of trick 'r treat though.

I forgot, they also added bits that connect the movie to Trick 'r Treat. I bought the SF release without seeing the original cut, I've just always been interested because I love practicals and Trick 'r Treat has become pretty enjoyable over time.

I preordered the shit out of that 4k Alligator release too, pumped for that one
